Yoga Village Rishikesh registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance USA. Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses. The purpose of this 200 Hour Kundalini Tantra Yoga Course is to activate your Kundalini energy, or shakti which is a spiritual energy that’s located at the base of your spine, Kundalini Tantra Yoga also helps in awareness of self and is different from hatha and ashtanga yoga which both revolve around physical poses.
Daily Schedule: –
5:45 AM- Wake up time
6:30AM to 7:00 AM- Mantra chanting
7:00AM to 8:00AM- Pranayama Practices (Breathing exercise)
8:00 AM to 9:15- Hatha yoga practice, kundalini kriya practices
9:30 to 10:15 AM -Breakfast
1:30PM to 2:15 PM- Lunch
4:00PM to 5:15PM- Astanga Vinyasa Practice
5:15PM to 6:00PM- Meditation and Shaktipat
7:00PM to 7:45PM- Dinner
