Half of the 200hrs. Yoga course, you can be present here, the rest of the course, you can do it at home. some assignments will be given to complete the rest of the 100 hours of the course.
In this section of the Hatha & Astanga Yoga Teachers Training Yoga Course, you will be given practical instruction on yoga asanas, shatkarma, pranayama, Mudras, Bandhas, Yoga Nidra, Guidance for Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Anatomy & Physiology, Teaching Methodology, etc.

We have a walk for the students to the sightseeing of the Rishikesh on Saturday morning before the breakfast up to 9:15 am.
All the classes are compulsory only in case of an emergency one can take leave with the respective teacher’s permission before the class.
• Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited in the center.
• If you have any issues related to your health, mood, or psyche, Please inform the Yoga School.
• Pets are not allowed on the yoga campus.
• If you are having a fast any day, you have to inform the kitchen manager to avoid food waste.
• Always give respect to the teachers and follow all the rules.
• Once the class starts, students will not be allowed in the hall.
• Cell phones, Gadgets, Drinks & Food are strictly prohibited in the yoga hall.
• Before departure deposit your books or any goods which you borrowed.
• Any friends or relatives of you will not be included in the accommodation.
• Students have to present in all scheduled programs of Yoga School.
• Please pay your course fee, taxi, etc. before the ceremony.
• Check the notice board regularly for the schedules & updates.
• Students are not allowed to bring the utensils of the dining area in their rooms.
• Please deposit two passport-size photos for the registration & certification to the reception or the office.

Refund Policy – Yoga Village Rishikesh
• An advance of course fees will not be refundable, only in the case of an emergency students can join us on other schedules.
• If a student cancels the course, we accept cancellation but the advance deposit will not be refunded in cancellation.
• There is no charge for course cancellation. The student just has to inform by email.
• Yoga School is not responsible for any mis-happenings before the course schedule.
