What you will learn ?
In this 7-day Kundalini Awaken Yoga course, we will be focusing on both theory and practical, so that you can understand the practice & Yoga Meditation methods to awaken the Kundalini.
First, we have to know what is the Kundalini Shakti. It starts from Shiva & Shakti. The Shiva refers to the Purusha (Supreme Consciousness) & Shakti refers to Prakarti (Nature). Shiva (Right part of the body) & Shakti (Left part of the Body) are the foundation of this universe which is also represented in the form of Shiv linga (SHIVLING). From ancient times, knowingly and unknowingly; we have been following the Shivling. You can see the shivlings in the museum of Vatican City, Machu Pichu, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Japan & in all the parts of the ancient Indian sub-continent. Kundalini Shakti is related to Mother Shakti, it is present in all the species who have the spine.
It’s present as a bright white female serpent at the base(Mooladhar) Chakra. Kundalini is always inactive from birth. When the kundalini Shakti awakens, this energy shoots up through the spine & affects many mental & physical changes. This is because the chakras have opened & balanced during the kundalini awakening. When a complete Kundalini awakening takes place, all seven chakras or energy centers in your body are open. kundalini requires many years of spiritual practice, both mental and physical.
Many seekers practice meditation, pranayam, and penance throughout their lives to awaken their kundalini, and their kundalini is not awakened, but by the grace of Guru, Kundalini awakens in a single touch to the third eye as Shaktipat. Shaktipat is a fast & Safe method to awaken the Kundalini, the process involves being open to energy with a complete surrender.
“Swami Shivananda describes Kundalini briefly in his book Kundalini Yoga as follows.”
According to the great Yogis, there are three main (nadies) nerve currents in the spinal column, called Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna. Ida Nadi is related to feminine energy & Pingala Nadi is related to masculine energy. Sushumna Nadi is in dormant form but when Kundalini Shakti awakes, it tries to force a passage through inside the spinal column around the Sushumna Nadi, and as it rises step by step, & the mind becomes more open and all the different visions and mystic powers comes to the Yogi. When it reaches the Braham Chakra, the Yogi is completely detached from the body and mind; the soul becomes free from all the attachments of this materialistic world.
When Kundalini Shakti is conceived as a Mother goddess (Shakti) & it rises to the head, it unites itself with the Supreme Being (Shiva). Then the sadhak(spiritual Seeker) becomes immersed in deep meditation and infinite bliss. Paramahansa Yogananda in his book God Talks With Arjuna: The Bhagavad Gita states.
- Feel more calm
- Supernatural abilities will improve
- Good stability of the mind
- More kind-hearted
- Increase in IQ level
- Slow down the aging process
- Become physically stronger
- Become more attractive
- Better wisdom and calmness

- Blissful vibration of energy on the third eye
Note: You will feel different types of experiences some of the above & each person’s experience will differ from another when Kundalini is awakened because everyone is unique.
Pranayama is an ancient yogic breathing technique which is very effective for the meditation as well as to awaken the life force. By the help of Pranayama, we can increase our lungs capacity, improves the respiratory system and purifies the body and mind.
According to the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, the Goraksasataka, certain hatha yoga practices including Mula bandha, Uddiyana bandha, Jalandhara bandha, Mahabandh with Shambhavi Mudra, and kumbhaka can awaken Kundalini. Another Hatha Yoga text, the Khecarī vidyā, states that khechari mudra enables one to raise Kundalini and access various stores of amrita (nectar/drops of essence) from Bindu in the head, which subsequently flood in the body.
Shaktipat is a very important part of the Kundalini system. This is a simple and quick method of awakening the Kundalini. Since ancient times, this method has been given to his disciples by Guru. In this, the guru gives a secret mantra to the disciple, and together the disciple is asked to do sadhana of Maa Shakti and Mahadev Shiva; and if any disruption or problem occurs to the disciple in awakening the Kundalini, then the guru gives Shaktipat to the disciple. In this, the experienced and capable guru whose own kundalini is awakened, by touching the third eye of the disciple with his thumb, or by the mental or distant hands, the energy of the cosmic mother Kundalini flows through the hands. This gives the seeker a temporary experience of Kundalini Shakti Awaken. If the seeker is at a higher level of sadhana(Spiritual Practice) then he can keep the Kundalini awake. To keep this active throughout life, the seeker should practice it in daily life.
Kundalini is a natural power in all spine species & human beings. When it awakens, it goes up through six chakras and activates them. Without an experienced Guru, the awakening of the kundalini can not take place. The kundalini enables man consciously to cross the lower planes and it ultimately merges into the universal cosmic power of which it is a part, and which also is at times described as kundalini. The important point is that the awakened kundalini is helpful only up to a certain degree, after which it cannot ensure further progress. It cannot dispense with the need for the grace of a perfect Guru or Master.
